This page explains what this site collects and why.
If you contact Territory Systems, I collect the information you provide so I can respond and decide whether the work is a fit.
If you use the audit tool, I collect the submitted website, email address, audit result, IP address, user agent and timestamp so I can produce the report, prevent abuse and follow up where appropriate.
If you book a consult or use the client account, I collect the booking details, selected time slot, magic-link login records, session cookie and client records tied to the email address you use.
The audit form may use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse. When the qualitative site-read pass is enabled, page content and audit findings may be sent to Anthropic to generate plain-English findings.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and site performance. No cookie banner is shown because the site does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
Emails are handled through business mail providers. Technical logs may include IP address, user agent, request path and timestamp for security and reliability.
