The tools are boring on purpose.

The stack changes when the work demands it. The default is simple, observable, portable infrastructure.

  • Static-first websites. Fewer moving parts, faster pages, smaller attack surface.
  • SQLite where it fits. Local, inspectable, easy to back up.
  • Plain deployment. Build artifacts, rsync, containers and clear rollback paths.
  • Email and DNS treated seriously. They are infrastructure, not admin trivia.
